Imogene Hartzell, 75, of St. Simons Island died surrounded by family at Hospice of the Golden Isles.
She was born Dec. 20, 1937 in Salem, Pa, where she lived until her move to St. Simons in 1989.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Hartzell, of St. Simons Island. She is preceded in death by her first husband, L. Edward Cobler, with whom she had four children and nine grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held in Pennsylvania.
