A man was found dead at a campground on Lake Road 5-73 over the weekend. While hikers were out looking for mushrooms on Sunday afternoon, they came across a campsite and a man that was hunched over as if about to start a fire.

When the man did not respond, the hikers called the Camden County Sheriff's Department.

Days later, the Medical Examiner ruled the death of the man to be natural causes.

A name or age of the man has yet to be released from the Camden County Sheriff's Department.
