Jennie F. Bolas, of West Hazleton, formerly of Nazareth, Pa, died Monday, July 19, 2004, in Hometown Nursing Home, where she had been a guest for the past week. Born: in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Vincent and Sophia Chupailo Kondratowicz. Personal: Her husband, Frank, died earlier. Prior to retiring she was employed in the Nazareth Area. She was a graduate of the McCann School of Business. Memberships: She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church. Survivors: a sister, Helen Kushmeder with whom she resided; and several nieces and nephews.
interment in Holy Family Cemetery, Nazareth.
