She was born on Dec. 9, 1956, the daughter of Walter and Shirley (Gilbertson) Kreger. Sherry was united in marriage to Russell Babington on Dec. 10, 1977, in Sun Prairie. Sherry enjoyed time with family, her mini schnauzers and traveling.
Sherry is survived by her husband, Russell Babington; two sons, Ronald (Dawn) Babington and David Babington; granddaughters, Memphis and Ella Babington; a brother, Wayne (Margie) Kreger; sister, Audrey (Tom) Zimmermann; sister-in-law, Helene Kreger; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Phyllis Johnson; and a brother, Rodney Kreger.
Funeral services will be held at BETHLEHEM LUTHERAN CHURCH, 300 Broadway St., Sun Prairie, on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Steve Vera officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Sun Prairie. A visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
