Mrs. Kutz was born on Nov. 1, 1943, in Marshfield, the daughter of John and Adeline (Huven) Krostag. She married Leonard R. Fochs on May 5, 1962, in Marshfield. She later married Donald Kutz on June 12, 1999, in Merrimac.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Kutz, Wautoma; four daughters, Jowell (Joseph) Lecher, Milwaukee, Vicki (Dennis) Zabawa, Plover, Roxanne (Steven) Ostrowsky, Merrimac, and Cheryl (Andrew) Potter, Merrimac; nine grandchildren, Ronni Jo, Amanda, Daniel, Lana, Bobbie Jo, Mason, Dominic, Zachery and Alexander; her brothers and sisters, Norbert (Pat) Krostag, Milwaukee, Theresa (James) Becker, Janesville, Joseph (Sue) Krostag, Wild Rose, and Mary (Norman) Simm, Marshfield; three stepchildren, Elizabeth Kutz, Wautoma, Lucinda (John) Guy, Las Vegas, Nev., and Andrew Kutz, Florida; and two stepgrandchildren, Tyler and Matthew Guy. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Leonard, two grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Leikness Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the funeral home.
