THE MALONE FARMER, WEDNESDAY, MAY 8th, 1918

BANGOR - DEATH OF MRS. B.E. BARBER
May 6 - Last Wednesday morning about six o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. Bert E. Barber, who has been in poor health for the past eight months. She was a patient sufferer during that time. Mrs. Barber was about thirty-nine years of age. Left to mourn her loss, besides her husband, are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex. LaBelle, of Bombay, and eight sisters and four brothers: Mrs. Frank Tripany , of North Bangor: Mrs. Jos. Mentor, of Malone: Mrs. David Trippany, of Skerry: Mrs. Albert LaRock, of West Bangor: Mrs. Elnora Tuper, of Westville: Mrs. Margaret LaFleur, of Fort Covington: Eva, who has cared for her: Mae, of Bombay: John, of Brandon: Thomas, of Oswego: Henry, of Nebraska: and Ernest, of Oswego. All but the last three attended the funeral. Much sympathy is extended to the bereaved family. The funeral was held at the M. E. church Friday afternon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Carling officiating: interment at Bangor cemetery.
