Preceded in death by her parents Ellen and Alfred LaBelle, her step-father Benjamin LaBelle, brother Edwin and her loving husband Clyde A. Tester.

Survived by children; Arnold (Barbara) of Binghamton, NY: Richard (Pat) of St. Paul: Charles (Pat) of Hugo: Carole (Bob) Ballard of Parrottsville, TN: Grace of St. Paul: Dennis (Kathleen) of St. Paul and Darlene of Elko, MN; she also leaves behind 18 grandchildren, 36 great-grand-children; 1 great-great grandchild soon to be born and many nieces and nephews.

Our mother loved her children and was endlessly proud of them and her grandchildren. She leaves behind a legacy that will not soon be forgotten. Memorials are preferred to the Salvation Army, the Union Gospel Mission, or a charity of your choice. Funeral Services FRI 10AM at KESSLER & MAGUIRE FUNERAL HOME 640 W. 7th St. (651-224-2341). Visitation THUR 6-9PM at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service. Interment Fort Snelling National Cem.
