Carol would like for you to know that she has completed her assignment here on Earth and has been relocated. She received a call on February 2, 2016 from the Big Boss and HE gave her a new assignment…one she could not refuse. She has been preparing for this promotion for a while, and when the new space became available, she jumped. HE offered her a sign-on-bonus that included the best seats in the house for all of Auburn's football games, a reunion with a long list of friends and family that she has not seen in a while, which includes her parents: Wallace and Helen, and her siblings: Bobby and Paul. HE also offered her peace, comfort, and a new set of wings, as hers on Earth were getting worn. Her new position has relocated her to paradise where there is always the sound of the ocean, sunshine, peace, dancing, laughter and music.

[Her family and friends} want to let her know that although we understand that it was a great promotion, she will be dearly missed. We wish her a safe journey and want to tell her the job she did here was well done and amazing. She made a difference to everyone she encountered. Congratulations to our sweet Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and Sister on her promotion! War Eagle and we shall see you again. The family would like to invite you to join us in celebrating a job well done. ARRANGEMENTS: Graveside service for the imediate family will take place on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Moncrief Cemetery, 2100 Moncrief Rd, Gardendale, AL followed by her Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM at Old Car Heaven, 3501 1st Ave S, Birmingham, AL.
