He is survived by two half-brothers, Frank C. Davis Jr. of Texas, and Wilbur E. Davis of Norfolk; six half-sisters, Jeanette T. Davis, Mary Lee Davis, Mrs. R.B. Phillips, of Taft, Calif., Juanita G. Lankford, Columbus, Ga., Mary E. and Barbara Anne Lankford, both of Norfolk.
