Nelda L. Creel, 70, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 20, 2013. She was a mighty woman of God who touched so many lives. She was a faithful member of East Commerce Baptist Church, Lewisburg, TN.
She is lovingly remembered by her surviving family: Husband, Cecil Creel; son, John and daughter-in-law Libby Creel; daughter Susan and son-in-law Rob, and grand-daughter Chelsea Carter; brother Bruce and wife Peggy Larence; brother Lewis and wife Rose Larence; sister Betty and husband Ken Ivy; sister Earline and husband Gilbert Mueller; sister Helen and husband Arthur Jennings.
She was preceded in death by her brother Jerry Larence....
Visitation with the family will be Friday, July 26, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. til 8:00 p.m., at McConnell Funeral Home located at 1200 E. Forrest St., Athens, AL 35613.
Funeral Ceremony will be held on Saturday July 27, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. The graveside service will be held at Roselawn Cemetery.
