Passed quietly away on Saturday Evening - Will be buried in St. Clair
Mrs. Mary F. Carleton, wife of Moses F. Carleton, died at the family residence, 610 Stanton street Saturday night. Aged 70 years. Mrs. Carleton was born in 1831 and was married to Moses F. Carleton, 50 years ago, having celebrated her golden anniversary a few months ago. She had been ill for sometime. Besides her husband, three children survive her. The funeral will be held from the house on Tuesday at 10 a.m. and the burial will take place at St. Clair under the auspices of the W.R.C. Members of the G.A.R. and W.R.C. are expected to attend. A special car will convey the funeral party to St. Clair and return. The members of the W. R. C. will meet at the residence of Mrs. Brown, 724 Ontario Street to arrange for the services.
