Frances Lewis Conn, 87, of Springfield died Sunday, June 11, 2006, at her home.
She was born May 17, 1919, in Springfield, the daughter of William Van and Marie Hussey Lewis. She married LeRoy Conn in 1940 in Springfield; he died in 2005.
Mrs. Conn and her husband owned several restaurants in downtown Springfield for more than 35 years. She was a member of Douglas Avenue United Methodist Church.
Survivors: two sons, Court (wife, Karen) Conn of Springfield and Brent Conn of Chicago, three grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Cremation was accorded by Lincoln Land Cremation Society.
