Mrs. Ethel Libby Campbell died Nov 19 after a long illness at her home 1844 Columbia Rd. Her husband is Ralph S. Campbell, president of Libbey Lumber Co.
She was the daughter of Frank Libbey, lived in D.C. her entire life and was educated in private schools. Her grandfather Joseph Libbey settled in Georgetown in 1816 and in 1824 founded Libbey Lumber.
Surviving her are her husband and two sisters, Miss May Libbey of Washington and Mrs. Bainbridge Crist of South Yarmouth, MA.
