Judith worked for the Bristol-Warren School Department until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Church, a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality and was a member of Bristol Red Hats. She is remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening and knitting.
She is survived by her daughter Susan A. Brown, son Robert A. Brown, grandchildren Robert, Diana and Charlotte, sister Angela de Medeiros and brothers Anthony Lima and Philip Lima of Tiverton.
Funeral services were held September 24th from the George Lima Funeral Home with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Fr. Richard Narciso at St. Elizabeth Church. Liturgical readings were by Lisa Morris and Danielle McDonald and the Prayer of the Faithful was read by Victor de Medeiros. The offertory gifts were presented by Diane Brown and Amy Micheletti. Burial followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were Victor de Medeiros, Christopher McDonald, Michael Micheletti, Jake de Medeiros, Walter Ferraz and Robert A.
