Born August 7, 1912, near Knoxville to William and Emma Johnson Huggins she married Ronald Lincoln on February 3, 1940. He died on January 20, 1970. She is survived by two sons, Roger of St Charles and James of Knoxville; one sister, Wilma Lauz'e of West Allis, Wis; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
An Abingdon resident most of her life, she graduated from the Former Teachers College in Macomb and taught for six years at the former Egypt Country School near Knoxville, and for 27 years at Abingdon Grade School before retiring in 1974. She was a member of Abingdon United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Larson Funeral Home in Abingdon, the Rev. George Terry officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Abingdon Cemetery.
