Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 5, at Milaca Evangelical Free Church with Rev. Mike Johnson officiating.
Arrangements were by Peterson-Johnson Funeral Home, Milaca.
Carol Jean Braaten was born May 3, 1950, in Princeton to Roland and Alice (Granberg) Lindberg. She attended Riverside Country School through sixth grade and graduated from Milaca High School in 1968. She attended Saint Cloud State University for Art. She married Dean Braaten February 12, 1971. They resided in Milaca Township after returning from Panama where Dean served in the military.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law, Clarence and Gladys Braaten; brother-in-law, Stuart Oleen; many aunts, uncles, and family members.
