Mildred was born Aug. 4, 1916, in LeRoy. The daughter of Andrew Lindstrom and Emelia Appleborg Lindstrom, she married Monroe Hall on Jan. 30, 1938, in Bloomington. The couple moved to Bloomington in 1942, and they have resided in the Bloomington-Normal area ever since. Mildred was a devoted and loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother; her life revolved around her family. She enjoyed camping, and traveling in the U.S and abroad. She was a longtime member of St. John Lutheran Church. Mildred worked at Nestle-Beich for 25 years, retiring in 1979.
Mildred is survived by her husband, Monroe Hall; three children, Carmen (Kenneth) Clark of North Carolina, Carl (Patsy) Hall of Bloomington, and Debra (Kerry) Brandon of Paducah, Ky.; and seven grandchildren, Kendra Erickson of Wisconsin; Scott Clark of North Carolina; Corey Uban of Illinois; Kimberly Potts of Normal; Dawn Weer of Normal; Toby Hall, serving with the U.S. Navy in Jacksonville, Fla.; and Andrea Richardson of Kentucky. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters.
