MACON - Betty L. Jackson, 77, passed away peacefully December 25, 2007 surrounded by her family and friends. Graveside services will be held Thursday December 27, 2007 at 11A.M. in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Rich DeWiss will be officiating. -Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of the late Charles Elliott Long and Leah Graham Long, and the widow of J.D. "Jack" Jackson. Mrs. Jackson was a charter member of Northside Christian Church, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and Daughters of the Nile. Mrs. Jackson was retired from Hughes Supply. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. -Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery has charge of arrangements.
