Natalie Anne Belmonte, 43, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away on July 17, 2011. She was born in Georgetown, Guyana, on May 29, 1968, to Reginald and Cheryl Lopes.

Natalie grew up in Guyana with her sister Michaela Lopes Teixeira and brother Reginald Lopes until she was seven. Then the family moved to Calgary, Canada, for two years before moving to Florida, where Natalie lived for the rest of her life.

Natalie was a vivacious and outgoing child and a wonderful student. She excelled in school, and after high school earned her degree in Elementary Education from Florida International University in Miami. She worked for brief time as a teacher before marrying her high school sweetheart Andre Belmonte in 1988. Natalie was a stay-at-home mother and raised her two wonderful children until 2000 when she started working at Home Depot.

In 2003, Natalie received her real estate license and began her career in real estate. Her warm personality and sharp mind helped her build a wonderful and successful real estate team. Natalie truly enjoyed her career, and her customers and co-workers always seemed to love and appreciate her.

Natalie is survived by many who adored her including her parents; former husband; Andre Belmonte; daughter Brianna; son Aidan; sister Michaela Lopes Teixeira and husband Andre, and their children Christian and Noah; brother Reginald Lopes, Jr., and wife Brooke, and their son Matthew.

A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held Sunday, July 24th, 4-8 p.m., at Boyd Panciera Funeral Home, 100 S. Douglas Rd., Pembroke Pines FL. Funeral Mass to be celebrated Monday, July 25th, 10 a.m., at Blessed John XXIII, 16800 Miramar Parkway, Miramar FL.
