Josephine Lorraine"Jo" Henderson

Josephine Lorraine"Jo" Henderson, 88, of North Platte, Nebraska, died March 26, 1994 at a local nursing home. She was born November 28, 1905, at Geneva, to Charles and Anna Kucera Lorraine. In 1917, she moved with her family to Paxton where she attended school. On Sept 2, 1925, she married John M. Henderson and they moved to a farm south of Paxton and then to Sutherland. Then they moved to Elsie where they lived until 1937 when they moved to Ogallala. They returned to Elsie in 1941. They resided there until 1962 when they moved to Denver, living there until Mr. Henderson’s death in 1980. She has resided in North Platte since. She was baptized in the Methodist Church. While in North Platte, she attended Bethel Evangelical Free Church.
She was preceded in death by two brothers William and Frank, and an infant son. Services will be the Adams and Swanson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at the North Platte Cemetery.
