Lowe Rites Incomplete
C. E. Lowe, a retired farmer, died today at his home 1004 Christy Court, following a herart attack. He was 82 years of age.
Time of services will be announced from Jennings & Ayers Funeral home. Lem Yearwood and C. M. Allen will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.
Mr. Lowe was a life long resident of Rutherford County, son of the late Newton and Sarah Ellen Summers Lowe and a member of the church of Christ.
Survivors include; his wife, Mrs. Olivia Pirtle Lowe, Murfreesboro; a son, Paul Lowe, Rookvale; 5 daughters, Mrs. Mildred Haley, Mrs. Katherine Gilbert, Mrs. Ura Hayes, all of Murfreesboro, Mrs. Earline Alsop, Kittrell and Mrs. Nell Harris of Italy; a brother, Frank Lowe, Murfreesboro; 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
