Dorothy Marie Ashmore, age 80, of Lafayette, TN, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral Services for Dorothy Ashmore are scheduled to be conducted Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at 11 AM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Ryan officiating. Interment will follow in the Eulia Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, from 4 PM until 8 PM, and on Wednesday, from 9 AM until service time at 11 AM.

Dorothy Ashmore is survived by;
Husband: Sidney J. Ashmore

Son: Jerry W. Ashmore

Daughter: Jeanie A. Gregory and husband, Jerry

Sisters: Ruby Solomon, Georgie Williams

Grandson: James B. Gregory

Granddaughters: Alicia Davis and husband, Chris, Natasha Dillehay and husband, Jared, Brittany Blankenship and husband, Seth

Seven Great-Granddaughters, Four Great-Grandsons and many nieces and nephews also survive.
