Mary Elizabeth Altum, 74, of Clinton, died Tuesday, June 5, 2001, at her home.
Mrs. Altum is survived by her children, her sisters, her brothers, her sister-in-law, and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 8 tonight, June 6, in the chapel of Anderson County Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev. Fred "Buddy" Long of North Clinton Baptist Church officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 7, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
