Nora "Maxine" Hounshell, 66, of Hodgenville died Friday, December 17, 1999 in her residence.
She was retired from All Steel in Aurora, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond F Hounshell; her father, John Loyall and two sisters: Margaret Dean Loyall and Mildred Pruitt.
Survivors include three daughters: Peggy Sue Allen of Campbellsville; Sueann Ferguson of Hodgenville and Francine Marie Wilk of Oswego, Illinois; two sons, Lawton Carter Jr., of Ft Wayne, Indiana and Earl Lee Carter of Creal; her mother, Ruth DeSpain Loyall, Greensburg; three sisters: Dorine Strader and Bernice Underwood of Hodgenville and Louise Bell of Summersville; four brothers: G. R. Loyall of Silver Grove, Donald "Tinker" Loyall of Kansas City, Missouri; Johnny Loyall Jr of Greensburg and Ronnie Loyall of Hodgenville; two half sisters, Brenda Skaggs of Buffalo and Louella Noe of Elizabethtown; two half brothers: Ricky Noe of Louisville and Wayne Noe of Georgia; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Monday in the Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home with the Rev. Carlton Puryear officiating. Burial was in the Perkins Cemetery.
