Joyce Ann Beckley, 72, of Jefferson City passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at her residence. She was born on September 6, 1943 in Jefferson City the daughter of Clayton E. and Anna Mae (Propst) Lynes, both of whom preceded her in death.
Joyce was a 1961 graduate of Helias High School. She worked for the Missouri Department of Revenue for over 30 years. She enjoyed gambling and travelling, especially to Arizona and Nevada. She was a huge Elvis fan and enjoyed collecting Elvis memorabilia. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by: two children: Kandi Singleton of Jefferson City; and Chadwick Beckley and wife Stacy of Fair Grove; four grandchildren: Alex Mitchell, Kaylie Singleton, Baylee Beckley and Hale Beckley; one great granddaughter: Lillian Mitchell; and one sister: Gayla Jungmeyer and husband Dennis of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors.
