He is survived by children; Helen Mae Miller, Bill Macaulay and David William Macaulay; grandchildren, Bryna Miller, Zachery (Lindsey) Miller and Ashley Macaulay; siblings, Sharon Meyers and Forrest "Cap" Macaulay; nieces and nephews, Kimberly Ritchie, Donald Meyers, Mark Macaulay, Steve Macaulay, Debbie Mason, Trena Hoy, Jennifer Garcia, Shawn Schrag, Scott Meyers, Doug Meyers, Valerie Hackbarth, Madison Meyers, Ryan Meyers and Karen Potter. Dixon was preceded in death by his parents, Donald William Macaulay and Margaret Catherine (Hennesy) Macaulay; and brother, Jerry Macaulay. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2011 at 2:00 PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton. Reception to follow at North Washington Fire Department Training Center.
