Mrs. Hazel Maddengs Frye, 60, died early Sunday morning at Geary Community hospital after an extended illness. She was born Oct. 25, 1910 in East Lynn, W. Va., and was married in 1932 in Logan, W. Va., to Frank Frye, who died in 1964.
She is survived by four children: Robert Frye of this city, Ben Bryant of Thermoplis, Wym., Odell Frye of Mount Gay, W. Va., and Mrs. Phyllis DeForest of Burneau, Idaho; and several sisters.
