She was born August 2, 1929, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Frank Masi and Carmella Guglielmo Masi.
Carmella was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Wintersville, Ohio, and a former member of Saint Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown, Pa.
Preceding Carmella in death were her husband William M. Costantini Sr. on January 15, 1996, six brothers, Leonard, Frank, Daniel, Dominic, Albert and Anthony Masi, two sisters, Connie Johnson and Dorothy Kollar, and her parents.
Surviving are her daughter, Debra Lynn Long of Bloomingdale, Ohio; a son, William M. (and Judith) Costantini Jr. of Imperial, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren: Dana (and Matt) Ziemniak of Imperial, Pa., Brandon (and Susan) Costantini of Weirton, West Virginia, William and Annie Marie Costantini both of Imperial, Pa.; two great-grandchildren: Isabella Costantini and Evan W. Ziemniak; two brothers, Nick Masi and Bill Masi; and two sisters: Kay McKay and Lillian Foster.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 9:30 a.m. in Saint Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, Mill Street, Uniontown, with the Rev. Father Leonard J. Cornelius as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
