Mrs. Ruby Inez Mason, 69, of Vaiden, died Sunday, May 14, 1995, of heart failure at Greenwood Leflore Hospital. She was a member of Blackmonton Presbyterian Church in Vaiden and a member of the South Central Bell Pioneers of America.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, at Oliver Chapel in Winona with the Rev. Leon Holly officiating. Burial was in Lakewood Memorial Cemetery in Jackson at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Mrs. Mason, who was the widow of the late M.L Mason, is survived by five sisters, Hazel Stuart of Vaiden, Rachel Little of Sardis, Kathleen Lassiter of Jackson, Louise Morris of Pensacola, FL, and Barbara Faye Donald of Houston, TX; and one brother, Paul Shelton of Jackson.
Pallbearers were Stanley Stuart, Steven Mann, Mike Pindel, Shea Morris, Charles Shelton, and Stephen Smith.
Oliver Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
