Beulah F Bell, 92, of Westminster died Monday Sept 2, 1996, at Homewood at Plum Creek, Hanover Pa. Born April 28, 1904, near Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Henry Roger and Clara Lippy Mathias, and the wife of the late Ernest Bell, who died in 1961. She had worked at the L Grief Sewing Factory as a seamstress and as a cafeteria worker at Westminster Junior High School. She was a life member of St. John's (Leister's) Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday school. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, William H. and Shirley Bell of Westminster and Walter F. and Suzanne Bell Jr. of Salisbury, four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by sisters Bertha Brown, Alice Reese, Lottie Schweigart and Emma Martin; and brothers Harry Mathias and Horatio Mathias. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, Leisters Church Road, Westminster with her pastor the Rev. John M. Koehnlein officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John's Church Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster.
