Janice had been a phlebotomist at the Houston Memorial Hospital in Houston, Texas and was a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Michelle M. (Pete) Dangelo of Salem and Brenda L. (George) Miller of Salem; two sons, Wayne A. (Chris) Fennis of Salem and Bruce M. (Susan) Fennis of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Dr. Henry A. Maxim, Jr. of Salem and Joseph R. (Michael) Maxim of Houston, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Franklin Square Cemetery.
