Naomi Jean Fisher

Age 85, of East Canton, passed away Sunday May 21, 2017 in Altercare of Louisville. She was born June 30, 1931 in Elliot, OH to the late Charles and Sara Mayfield. She was an East Canton resident since 1956. Jean was a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church where she was formerly active with the UMW and the choir. She was a member of Jr.O.U.A.M. #70, Daughters of America and the Mapleton Gun Club. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James W. Fisher in 2003. Jean is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jay C. and Jodi Fisher; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jill and Keith Greathouse, Jane and David Geis; four grandchildren, Megan (Frank) Stinchcomb, Justin Fisher, Emily and Travis Greathouse; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Milo and Donna Fisher. Funeral services will be Wednesday May 24, 2017 at 1:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Pastor Tim Monteith officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Louisville.
