Ethel Bell Hall, age 89, a former resident of 323 Heylman, Fort Scott, died late Sunday, October 1, 2006, at the home of her daughter in rural Pittsburg. She was born August 3, 1917, in Fulton, Kansas, the daughter of Grover C. Mayfield and Hope Mitchell Mayfield. She married Charley E. Hall on November 30, 1935, in Nevada, Missouri. He preceded her in death on May 28, 1991. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Moore; a grandson, David Moore; a sister, Lillian Post; and four brothers, Shorty, Warren, Guy, and James Mayfield.
