Barbara Burch, 76, passed away in her sleep on February10, 2017 after a sudden illness.

She was the beloved wife for 52 years of Robert Burch; and loving mother of Donna Burch, Dolores (Mark) Pope and Thomas (Cindy) Burch; dear grandmother of Lydia and Talia Pope, Mason Rader and Thomas Burch II. She is also survived by brothers, William (Sandy) Mayfield and Daniel (Rose) Mayfield.

She loved being a grandma and never hesitated to babysit or attend one of their functions or performances. They could always count on her love and support in all their activities and endeavors.

She was a faithful member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where over the years she has devoted her time as President of Ladies Guild, room parent, co-manager of school cafeteria, cheerleading advisor, auxiliary clerk for tutoring units and most currently, kindergarten teacher's aide.

She had a knack for crafts-floral arranging, cross stitching, painting ceramics and scrapbooking were just some of her many talents.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, February 15 at 10 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 4019 Manchester Rd., Coventry Township. Family and friends will be received Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at House of Eberhardt Funeral Home, 472 W. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd., (Rt. 619), Portage Lakes.
