Surviving are two daughters, Patsy Jean Mayfield (Pat) Heaster and Cathy Jo Mayfield (Steve) Ash; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her caregiver, Dunlcie Bonnell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Feb. 27, 1998; and one brother, Frederick McMullen.
