Marshall Maynor, 56, of Hazlehurst, MS passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010, at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Marshall was born in Alabama on May 8, 1954, a son of the late Ethel (Smith) and Haywood Maynor. He was married to Mary (Lodgaard) Maynor who survives him. He is also survived by: two sons, William (Amy) Maynor, and Richard Maynor, of Kingsport, TN; two sisters, Helen Johnston, of TN, and Vicki Evans, of GA; five brothers, Samuel Maynor, of KS; Doyle Maynor, and Wendell Maynor, of MI; Bill Maynor, of TN; Cecil Maynor, of GA; and two grandchildren.
Marshall served in the U.S. Army. He was a self-employed carpenter.
Visitation will be 9:00 am, Friday, July 30, at Holy Ground Deliverance Gospel Outreach Church in Hazelhurst with services following at 10:00 am at the church. Interment with military honors will follow in the Natchez National Cemetery.
