Mrs. Delia (McCarthy) Conway, widow of John J. Conway, formerly of this city, died yesterday at the home of her son, Walter F. Conway, 1650 Harvard street, N.W. Washington D.C., after an illness of several months.
She was born in this city the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael McCarthy. She made her home in Lowell in the Highlands section. Prior to making her home in the Highlands, she resided for many years in the Oaklands section of this city. She was a member of the League of Catholic Women and the Blessed Virgin sodality of St. Margaret's church.
She is survived by two sons, John J. Conway of this city; and Walter F. Conway of Washington D.C., and two grandchildren, John J. Conway, Jr. and Richard D. Conway.
