Mozelle McDonald Hogan of Campbellsville, formerly of Mannsville, daughter of the late Mose McDonald and Ora Mae Malone McDonald was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, October 28, 1919. She died at 4:45 P.M., Saturday, February 16, 2008, in Louisville. Age: 88
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mannsville United Methodist Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Willard Allen Adams in 1937, who preceded her in death in 1945.
She united in marriage to Joe C. Hogan August 12, 1948. He preceded her in death April 5, 1988.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Arthur Douglas Hogan and Jim Hogan of Campbellsville, and Tilda Lamb and husband, Earl of Louisville, and two sons-in-law, George Henry Dearen of Campbellsville and Charles David Phillips of Tyler, Texas; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen Hogg of Glasgow; sister-in-law, Margaret McDonald of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Joyce Dearen August 5, 2007 and Anna Mae Phillips and two sisters and four brothers: Amelia Gabehart, Pauline Thrasher, Edward McDonald, Charles "Buck" McDonald, Dr. L. Rodford McDonald and Kerdieth McDonald.
FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Earl West .VISITATION: After 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home
