Frankson, 54, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000, at a local hospital.
Born in Great Falls, Mont., she was the daughter of the late John Faye Miller and the late Audrey Patterson Miller.
Survivors include two sons, including Michael Rice, of Dallas; three daughters; a sister; a brother; and three grandchildren.
