Patricia A. Monnette, age 80, of Leesburg, Fla., and Marion, Ohio, passed away July 5, 2007, at the Laurels of Norworth, Worthington, Ohio.
Patricia was born on March 13, 1927, to the late Walter and Thelma (McCurdy) Monnette in Marion, Ohio.
She was a 1945 graduate of North High School in Columbus, Ohio, and a 1949 graduate of The Ohio State University. As a career, Patricia was a teacher in Columbus, Ohio, Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood, Fla. She was a member of the OSU Alumnae in Broward Co. Florida and a lifetime member of the OSU Alumni Association.
Preceding Patricia in death were her parents, Walter and Thelma (McCurdy) Monnette, and a sister, Mary Jo Swartzlander.
She is survived by sisters, Ruth (Bob) Masters of Marion, Ohio, and Sue (Joe) McCann of Tulsa, Okla., and 11 nieces and nephews.
