Eufima"Gila" Montano was the daughter of Agapito and Eloisa(Garcia) Montano. The little town she was born into was a mining town. She married Eduvijeu R. Mendivil. I never knew my great Aunt, but what I have heard she was a nice and hard working women. My Aunt Gila raised her sisters daughters after her death in1924 . the girls where Rosaura "Rosie" Martinez Hodges she has passed and Eloise Martinez Guerra . My Aunt never had children of her own so these little girls where hers to raise.
