Alice M. Gallegos, age 72, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister & friend, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012 in Show low, Navajo County, Arizona.

She was born June 14, 1940 in Holbrook, Arizona to Jesus L. Montano & Augustina Tafoya Montano.

She was a woman who loved to spend time at the casino, the beauty shop and knocking down pins at the bowling alley. She was a very good dancer and enjoyed dancing with her husband. She loved everyone and everyone loved her.

Alice is survived by her husband: Stanley; 4 children, Steven (Christopher), Troy, Kimberly (Tami) and Sharlene (John) Guttery; a sister, Mary Gabaldon; 5 grandchildren, Noreen, Hailey, Willow, Griffin & Erica; 1 great-grandchild, Ivy; many nieces & nephews; & all of the residents of Holbrook, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe & Aggie and 2 brothers, Johnny & Armando.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 212 E. Arizona in Holbrook, Arizona with a viewing and Rosary beginning at 9 A.M. at the church.

Burial will follow at the Holbrook Cemetery under the direction of Owens LIVINGSTON Mortuary Holbrook.
