Clara Isabella Brain, 90, Hamilton, Missouri, died October 28, 2011, at her home. She was born February 27, 1921, at Norborne, Missouri, to James Oscar and Matilda Stauffer Moore. She married George N. Brain on September 28, 1940. He preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 2002. Besides her parents and husband, Clara was preceded in death by one brother, Ezra F. Moore, of Independence, MO; three sisters: Adelphia Moore, of Waverly, MO; Florence A. VanWinkle and Princess C. Pescetto, both of Independence, MO. Clara is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a member of the Hamilton United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held at Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton, MO, on November 1, 2011 at 10 a.m. Services will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Lee's Summit, MO, at the Lee's Summit Cemetery.
