Doris Moore, 94 born September 4, 1921 in Mifflin, Iowa County Wisconsin to Milton & Myrtle Beerkircher, went to be with the Lord on May 23rd at the Edgewater Haven Nursing Home.
Doris is survived by her three daughters and their husbands, Sharon (Vernon) Woods of Nekoosa, Connie (Jerry) Delaney of Port Edwards, Shirley (Robert) Bagnowski of Nekoosa; Sister Beth (Roger) Witz of Nekoosa; Brother Ronnie (Kathy) Beerkircher of Florida; Six grandchildren & 19 great-grandchildren & 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley, her parents, 1 brother Darold & 1 sister Noreen.
She married Wesley Moore May 30, 1942. They spent most of their married life in Necedah & Mauston. Doris & Wesley were very active in the Nazarene Churches in Necedah & Mauston, teaching Sunday School and hosting visiting evangelists & missionaries.
A memorial service will be held at Mauston Nazarene Church on Saturday, May 28th at 11:00 a.m. with visitation prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Mike Postell will officiate. Burial will be in Dodgeville, Wisconsin at a later date.
