Joyce K. Babylon, 73, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Fair Havens Assisted Living.
Born on Friday, June 9, 1944 in Jefferson, MD, she was the daughter of the late Alton and Dorothy Getzandanner Moxley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Babylon, who died in 2016. Joyce enjoyed painting and being around animals. In the more recent years, she loved to watch the birds and butterflies in her backyard.
Survivors include a daughter, Donna Gardner and her husband, Sydney, of Hanover; two sons, Michael Reese and his wife, Cristina, of New Oxford and Daryl Reese of Glenville; 23 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; four step-daughters, Michelle Babylon of Hampton, Teresa Babylon of Littlestown, Donna Wade and her husband, Mark, of Hanover, and Loretta Hartlaub and her husband, William, of Hanover; and a dear special friend, LouAnn.
