Longtime Butte resident Velmer Bea Anderson,95, died Aug. 23 in Denver.
She was born outside Hope, Ark., to Bob and Mary Moxley. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Leonise and Walter Taylor, Butte; grandchildren, Mark and Stephanie Martinez, and Yolanda Lee and Ken Rathke; nine great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; step-grandsons, Gary and Lonie Taylor, Bob and Chrissy Taylor, Jeff and Lori Taylor, all of Butte, and James and Diane Taylor, Dillon.
Velmer was preceded in death by her husband, Sigurd E. Anderson; grandson, Leonard Matthew Stoufer; twin brother, Delmer Dee Moxley; and brothers, Jesse Jewel Moxley and Cecil Henry Moxley.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Floral Park Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Roueche officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Memorials: Floral Park Baptist Church, Our Lady of the Rockies or to a charity of the donor's choice.
