Eula Marvene Armstrong, 95, of Urbana, Illinois, died at 10:50 p.m. Sunday (March 4, 2012) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.
She was born on Sept. 11, 1916 in Fairbury, illinois to Virgil and Nita Farley Mundell. She married George W. "Red" Armstrong on Nov. 10, 1940 in Fairbury. He died on June 10, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.
Survivors include two sons, Larry (Mary) Armstrong of Champaign and Mike (Lynn) Armstrong of Urbana; two daughters, Kay (Ron) Weidner of Urbana and Ann (Dave) Marriott of St. Joseph; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
