Walenty and Barbara had married on February 10, 1839, in Dziekanowice, Gniezno, Poland.

SECOND MARRIAGE:
In 1873, according the the Poznan Project, Rosalia Antkowiak Niklas, age 23, married Joseph Nadolinski, age 26 . They married in Dziekanowice, the nearby village that had the Catholic church in it.

IMMIGRATION (AND CHILDREN): In 1881, Joseph and Rozalia Nadolinski and their six children, the oldest being Frank from Rozalia's first marriage, immigrated on the ship Gemma from Hamburg to New York, arriving on May 10, 1881.
Joseph's residence is listed on the ship's manifest as having been Szymanowo, Poland.
On the passenger list the Nadolinkis were: Josef Nadolinski age 34, Rosalie 29, Franz [Niklas] (m) age 9, Anna (f) age 7, Bronislawa (f) age 5, Stanislaus (m) age 3, Wladislawa (f) age 2, Thekla (f) age 6 mos., and Barbara "Nadolinski" age 60. ("Barbara Nadolinski" must be Barbara Duszynska Antkowiak, Rozalia's widowed mother.)

NEBRASKA: Upon arrival in the U.S., Joseph and Rozalia settled in Elba, Nebraska, where they had six more children: Pelagia b. 1881, Julia b. 1883, Ladislaus b. 1885, Julian b. 1888, John b. 1889, and Josephine, b 1891.
Rozalia and Joseph and their family lived in Nebraska for at least ten years.

WISCONSIN: The family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and another child [probably their last], Regina, was born in 1893, according to the 1900 U.S. federal census. Joseph and Rozalia and their family remained in Milwaukee for the rest of their lives.
