Suggested edit: He has another memorial 200281248 in the Olympus North Cemetery, Which one is correct, both have same marker pictures, I tried Merge but FAG wouldn't do it as in two different cemetery's. Please check

Bobby Ray Needham 72 year old, lifetime Grove, Oklahoma resident, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2011 in Joplin, Missouri, following an extended illness.

Bobby was born on February 7, 1939 in Grove, Oklahoma to George Dewey and Geneva (Reasoner) Needham.

Bobby was raised in Grove and graduated from Grove high school in 1957. He served in the United States Army in 1959 to 1961.

On September 3, 1961 bobby married Bertha (Durbin) in Jay, Oklahoma.
Bobby was a Machinist for many years, working at Precision Machine & Manufacturing. He was also a farmer and worked hard on his farm, chopping wood, cutting hay, and building fence until his retirement about ten years ago.
Bobby enjoyed fishing on his ponds and working with his hands.
Bobby was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Needham, and two sisters Geneva Coale, and Reva Carey.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Bertha, of the home, three sons, Alan Needham of Greensboro, North Carolina, Daryl Needham, of Pittsburg, Kansas, and Roger Needham of Vinita, Oklahoma, four brothers, Dewey Needham, of Miami, Oklahoma, Riley Needham, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Noel Needham of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Charles Needham, of Grove, Oklahoma, one sister, Georgie Langston, of Wagner, Oklahoma, and one grandson Tyler Miller.

Bobby is also survived by a host of friends, nieces and nephews and other family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday June 2, 2011 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.

A visitation will be held at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 1, 2011.

Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma. (MillieBelle)
