Deborah Kay Blount, 60, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma passed away on August 20, 2017 at her home. She was born on April 11, 1957 in Durant, Oklahoma to Carroll Gene Needham and Mary Wanda “Tooter” (Ballard) Needham.
She graduated from Tishomingo High School, and Murray State College and attended T. C. U. She had worked for Ann’s Flowers, Lafitte Pharmacy and most recently as a pharmacy tech for the Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma in Tishomingo. Deborah was also a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eddie Blount and several aunts and uncles.
Deborah is survived by her daughter, Ashley Cook and husband Jonathon; grandson, Johnny Cook; brother, Rick Needham and wife Alandra; mother-in-law, Vela Robertson; step-son, Tim Blount; two nieces, Dee Dee Henson and husband Rocky and Erica Daniels and husband Scott; three great-nieces, Presley Daniels, Emmerson Henson and Landri Daniels; great-nephew, Ryan Daniels; many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 1:00 p. m. at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Rex Clayton officiating. Interment will follow in the Condon Grove Cemetery in Milburn, Oklahoma.
